Stretching New Boundaries Symposium

During the final week of the 2011 Folkestone Triennial, Strange Cargo hosted Stretching New Boundaries, a symposium which addressed the Future of Participation in Visual Arts.
Dr Jonathan Vickery of the University of Warwick, chaired the day, which was packed with stimulating, and sometimes challenging debates on the nature of participatory art practice and its future within British visual arts culture.
