Strange Cargo has had a profound affect on the creative capacity and artistic activity of our region by delivering an ongoing programme delivering professional level training and skills to both the artistic and wider community. We feel passionately that investment should be made in the creative infrastructure of any region in order to encourage local talent to stay and develop.
